More room for family gathering and a great new laundry room with working pantry for this wonderful family!

We enjoy challenging projects that require creative solutions and strategic planning. We started this addition project by temporarily relocating the laundry appliances so we could remove the existing laundry and family room without major disruption to the family.
The original home’s exterior brick wall remains exposed in the new addition, as well as a glass transom over the new laundry door. This was a surprise as it was covered over on each side; our carpenters and painter brought it back to life! The brick paver, herringbone pattern floor in the laundry and pantry turned out amazing!

Constructed with a conditioned crawlspace, engineered I-joists and advanced framing techniques, this addition will perform for many years to come!
