Oliver Construction Services LLC

We were fortunate to build two large additions earlier this year, which kept us very busy. This one in particular involved remodeling the entire first floor and stairway.
We start with a conditioned crawl space meaning it’s fully insulated and not musty. This allows plenty of room to run our ductwork and other mechanicals.
Engineered I-joists and beams create a sound floor with greater spans than traditional lumber. Followed by 2×6 exterior walls, fully sheathed with OSB, house wrap and batt insulation.
The Simonton vinyl windows in the addition blend with the rest of the windows we replaced throughout the home. Even adding two windows in existing exterior walls.
Our team of specialists removed the entire back wall of the home and partition walls to create a large gathering space, hutch/desk area, and an expansive island with seating in the new kitchen. We moved the kitchen, pantry and laundry room into the new addition while keeping the existing appliances operational for as long as possible. All new LVP flooring, powder room fixtures, stairway and painting throughout completed the remodel.
