Bear Turf and Landscape Construction

This was an unfinished basement that we made into useful, comfortable space for a wonderful family. We added a full bathroom and wet bar/kitchenette including new under slab plumbing with a grinder pit. We installed all new electric with LED wafer lights and appliance circuits with sub panel. The family will enjoy the comfort of a home gym for working out at any time. A new HVAC system with separate zones for the lower level, first and second floors was installed. We used LVT flooring and Chicago Brick accent walls with Hanstone Tranquility Quartz counter tops and Wolf cabinets. Great job to our team of craftsmen and craftswomen!
