Project Description
This project encompassed a highly complex, back-to-back bathroom remodel focused entirely on improving layout and functionality. The scope required significant structural changes, including relocating interior walls and windows to maximize available space in each room. All primary plumbing fixtures were repositioned, with the toilet, sinks, and showers moved to new locations to facilitate a modern, efficient floor plan. To further optimize the footprint, square footage was borrowed from an adjacent bedroom closet, enhancing the overall spaciousness of both bathrooms. A key design element introduced to the hall bath was a strategic half-wall paired with a glass partition, allowing natural light to flow into the space and illuminate the adjacent hallway.
