Luxury Lower-Level Entertainment Suite

For this renovation, we focused on delivering a complete transformation of the home’s lower level. The interior work began by developing the unfinished basement into a modern, highly functional family destination. The new space includes a dedicated playroom, home gym, full bathroom, and a sophisticated wet bar/kitchenette. The bar area showcases dark gray Wolf cabinetry, a built-in wine fridge, and a functional wine rack, complemented by Hanstone Tranquility Quartz countertops. Other bespoke features include a custom indoor rock climbing wall and an open living space with architectural support poles wrapped in the distinctive Chicago Brick accent finish. Crucial infrastructure updates involved installing new under-slab plumbing with a grinder pit, a full electrical update with a sub panel and LED wafer lighting, and a new multi-zone HVAC system.
