Year-Round Sunroom with Vaulted Ceiling& Outdoor Living

This project transformed a screened-in porch into a four-season sunroom designed for year-round comfort. Our team reframed the structure and vaulted the ceiling while preserving the original shingled roof, seamlessly integrating the addition with the existing home. New Andersen windows and doors, vinyl siding, full insulation, and finished drywall created a bright, energy-efficient space. Inside, LVP flooring and updated lighting added warmth and durability, making the sunroom both stylish and functional.

To complete the project, our hardscaping specialist designed an outdoor living area that extends the entertaining space beyond the sunroom, perfect for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying every season.
