Project Description

Lower Level with Glass-Enclosed Wine Cellar

This project involved the complete transformation of an unfinished cement basement, which initially housed exposed plumbing, ductwork, and insulation. The space was developed into a luxurious, highly functional finished lower level featuring several custom amenities. The centerpiece is a stunning glass-encased wine cellar accessed through double glass doors. The cellar’s interior features a curved design with racks capable of holding over 160 bottles of wine, a curved wooden bench for seating, and two split mini-bars, complete with cabinetry, granite countertops, a sink, and a mini wine fridge. The primary gathering room includes a playful chalkboard accent wall and is separated from a dedicated home fitness area by rustic white washed barn doors.
