Open Concept First Floor and Kitchen Transformation

This extensive renovation included a total remodel of the home’s first floor, driven by significant structural modifications. The new open-concept kitchen was achieved by removing two interior walls and one window, allowing for an optimized, modern cabinet layout complemented by elegant granite countertops. The scope also encompassed a full upgrade of the powder room and the creation of a stunning family room featuring a new gas fireplace with a contemporary stone surround. The entire first floor received new flooring throughout to unify the spaces.
