In New Cumberland, we faced the unique challenge of providing shade without disrupting the existing architectural integrity. This project required “threading the needle”—engineering a custom roof structure that integrates seamlessly between first and second-floor windows while preserving the original concrete footprint. The result is a sophisticated outdoor lounge that feels like it was part of the original build. With a high-output ceiling fan to maintain a constant breeze, we’ve created a ventilated sanctuary for all-day comfort.
