Strategic Multi-Room Relocation and French Door Kitchen Suite
This enviable renovation involved a comprehensive transformation of the kitchen, pantry, and laundry room, driven by a strategic reconfiguration of the first-floor layout. The existing laundry room was repurposed as a dedicated walk-in pantry, while the office space was redesigned and converted into a highly functional laundry room. The new dream kitchen features a striking Cafe appliance suite with a French door oven as its centerpiece. To maximize brightness, a larger window was strategically installed behind the island, introducing an abundance of natural light. The scope was completed with new lighting, seamless flooring, fresh paint, and the installation of a stunning, modernized, custom welded iron stairway.
